Daplyn Harris Tweed Dog Collar
Miss Marple, the soignée amateur sleuth, was the inspiration for this contemporary collection. Agatha Christie’s 1964 novel ‘A Caribbean Mystery’ sparked the idea of combining classic grey Harris Tweed with bright accents. This debonair canine collection feels very soft yet is extremely hardwearing. This dog collar lasts longer than a leather collar and feels much nicer. Each one is hand cut in the Love My Dog design studios and finished by traditional British belt-makers, the Daplyn Dog Collar is an icon of understated design. It’s strong enough to last a lifetime, yet supersoft for maximum comfort.

Easy to clean
Daplyn fabrics have an invisible Teflon coating, that shrugs off dirt and stains. Occasionally it may need a clean - after all, dogs do like to roll in some unspeakable things! When that happens, just hand wash the collar or give it a wipe over with a damp cloth, and it comes up looking like new.
Soft, washable suede lining
After experimenting with a variety of different materials, we eventually found that dogs love the feel of suede on their fur. It’s soft and gentle to wear, doesn’t chafe or matt the fur and helps stop collar lines and forms an excellent backing for the tweed. The sturdy metal buckles and eyelets are genuine saddlery fittings, so the whole dog collar feels substantial and well-made, as you’d expect from a hand-finished couture creation.
Exclusive dog collar in genuine Tweed
Harris Tweed is a protected name to guard against inferior imitators. The tweed itself is hand woven in Scotland and it’s also a favourite with the British aristocracy for its warmth and wonderful softness. For years, tweed was always woven in earthy colours but we love these new vibrant colours that bring an traditional old fabric bang up to date.

Dog Collar Size Guide
It’s best to measure your dog to make sure you get the collar that fits them perfectly. Take a flexible tape measure and place around your dog’s actual neck (not their existing collar). If your dog is between sizes, then it’s best to go up one.
